We are developing an all-in-one management platform for the beauty and personal care industry, designed to support a wide range of business models such as hair salons, nail salons, spas, massage services, and aesthetic clinics.

The project focuses on building a connected ecosystem linking business owners – staff – customers, helping to streamline appointment booking, centralize customer data, and optimize internal operations through mobile applications and a centralized management system. The platform is suitable for both single-location businesses and multi-branch chains.

#2. Challenges.

Beauty businesses often struggle with appointment management, fragmented customer data, and limited operational control, especially when scaling to multiple branches. In addition, high expectations for mobile user experience and system scalability pose significant challenges in terms of architecture and performance.
With a clear focus on integration, optimization, and scalability, the platform aims to help beauty service providers:

  • Reduce operational costs and resource pressure
  • Improve management efficiency, particularly for multi-branch operations
  • Standardize and simplify business workflows

#3. Solution.

The project adopts modern technologies while maintaining a strong balance between development speed and long-term maintainability.
An MPA (Multi-Page Application) approach is used instead of SPA to accelerate the development of the admin dashboard.
A hierarchical system design (System Admin > Organization > Salon) is implemented to meet the needs of large-scale enterprises.
A time-slot calculation algorithm based on 30-minute intervals is deployed, with automatic allocation according to staff priority.
Integrated features include:
Electronic signature (Canvas API)
Payment platform integration (currently evaluating Stripe Connect)
Image storage (AWS S3)

#4. Achievements.

Digitization of business workflows helps reduce operational costs and resources, while significantly improving data accessibility and searchability.
Revenue streams are expanded beyond core services through the integration of:

  • Live features (Livestream + Donations)
  • E-commerce (EC) capabilities
