What business domains do DXAI Solutions Asia’s web app systems cover?

Does DXAI Solutions Asia have Japanese Project Managers on its team?
Our team includes Japanese personnel serving as Project Managers, who also leader of the AI Product Lab.
Do you provide maintenance and operational support after development?
Yes, we offer post-release maintenance, feature updates, and bug fixes. Monthly contracts are also available.
Is communication with developers possible in Japanese?
Yes, we have Japanese-speaking BrSEs and Comtors on staff to ensure smooth communication. Meeting notes and daily reports are also provided in Japanese.
How do you ensure security control?
We comply with the policies and standards of our Information Security Management System (ISMS) and are certified with ISO/IEC 27001:2022 for information security.
Can clients meet and work directly with a company representative in Japan?
Absolutely. Mr. Ashida Hideyuki, the company’s legal representative, is currently based in Tokyo, Japan. He is available to meet and communicate directly with clients whenever necessary.
Are senior-level engineers involved in all of DXAI Solutions Asia’s projects?
Quality is the key to every project’s success. Approximately 30% of our engineers are at the senior level, fully capable of participating in and leading the development of all our projects.
What technology stacks do you support in web application development?
While Ruby is our core technology, our engineers are also flexible in supporting other stacks as per client requirements.
For the frontend, we can work with Vue, React, TypeScript, JavaScript, and more.
For the backend, we support Ruby, Python, PHP, Sinatra, among others.
