– Job description
- Work directly with clients regarding project requirements.
- Manage projects comprehensively, including planning, control, processes, tasks, scope, timeline/progress, cost, quality, human resources, communication, risks, documentation, stakeholders, etc.
- Proactively propose solutions for project functionalities.
- Ensure project implementation aligns with the client’s plan.
- Handle some tasks related to specific company projects.
– Job requirements
- Japanese have knowledge and experience in project management.
- Ability to handle work pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to create and present schedules, and analyses, and work independently.
- Able to work under high pressure, energetic, responsible, and have good communication skills.
- Strong logical thinking, good algorithms, and problem-solving skills.
- The ability to read and understand technical English is an advantage.
- Additional requirements related to specific company projects.
