- Challenges in Understanding Context and Tone of Language. For example, complaints, itinerary inquiries, and thank-you messages require different tones.
- Although the system drafts replies, staff still need to review them. Without a clear workflow (who reviews, how long it takes), response delays may occur.

- Implemented n8n to categorize emails based on keywords (e.g., complaint, reservation, appreciation) and automatically select suitable prompts.
- The generated reply is not sent automatically, but saved as an email draft, allowing staff to review and confirm the content before sending.
If needed, permission settings can also be configured by department, such as customer support or front desk staff.
