2. Job description

– Learn about system design ideas, ways of working and operating customer projects

– Work directly with customers to clarify requirements, create project plans, and manage project progress.

– Support customers in determining requirements and proposing ideas.

– Ensure customer requirements are full information and accurately understood and communicated to the development team

3. Job Requirements

– From 3 years of experience as a BrSE

– Proficient in one of the following languages: Ruby, Java

– Fluent Japanese skills when communicating with customers

– Ability to lead a group, assign tasks to members

– Have a high sense of responsibility and respect the spirit of teamwork.

– Good communication skills

– Have a good, proactive attitude at work

– Self-study, research, and advancement skills at work

– Understanding Japanese culture and experience living and working in Japan is a plus
